Happy Thanksgiving Dave! Today I was in your room with Michelle while Kristoper and Mark gave you a blessing. You looked so peaceful. When you are finally reading this please know how much I love you and how incredibly grateful I am for you. My only wish for today is that I had told you that more often. We have had the opportunity to spend time with Colin so that Libby and Kristopher can be at the hospital. Every time I look at him I can feel how much you must love and adore him. He must really miss you. Please hurry and get better so you can cuddle him. For now, I will do that for you. When we rock-a-bye I tell Colin stories about when we were little kids. He looks at me like he is really listening. You need to get better so that he can hear your side of the stories. I love you so much.
Today is Thanksgiving and it has been a really nice day altho we are missing a big part of the day, that being you. I know how much you and Jen plan for tomorrow's BIG Friday and it won't be the same without you but we can shop like crazy when you get well., we had a wonderful family prayer for you in the small prayer room at the hospital and we all felt you were with us. get well soon. We love you. By the way, because of your friends, especially hockey moms, my kitchen looks like a food bank. You will never know how much you are missed, Good night...
